We want your building experience to be the easiest, most stress free endeavor that you can imagine. Our knowledge / expertise and your ideas / dreams will go hand in hand throughout the whole project. We believe your building experience should be a fun and exciting time with no pain or strain, we can help make it that way.

We will give you an estimate that's fair. Using your plans and specifications we will give copies to our various vendors and sub contractors to get you a price that won't be added to unless you make the changes or we decide to make a change together.

We build custom homes, do additions and remodeling work. We do mainly residential work but we also do some light commercial. We use top quality building products from local vendors and merchants. Our sub contractors are also mainly local and do top quality work, we have worked with every one of them for many years.

We feel our strongest asset is our quality workmanship and attention to detail. We have carried this reputation for 75 years along with our employees and sub contractors. We all prove this daily by our work and work ethics.

We are Frank E. Daffin, Inc. and have been building in the Talbot County, Maryland area for 75 years as a family business. It was started by our great Uncle Frank in 1936 with his brothers,

uncles and cousins and we are still working today with Wilson Daffin (Uncle Frank's nephew) as president with his son, Bill Daffin, as vice president and his daughter Denise, who runs the office.  We have built many different size homes over the years and we would be more than happy to send customer job references and architect letters at your convenience.  We were also featured a few years ago in a local magazine entitled "Talbot County Today" that did an article on our company.  We employ 8 full time

carpenters that have all been with us a least 10-15 years, most have been with us more.  We do quality work, our reputation depends on it and you will see our past homes listed as "Daffin Built" with local real estate agents.
